ABOUT

CoAction Staff Association is a non-profit co-operative that represents and supports co-op and non-profit housing staff.

Our members either work in housing co-ops and non-profits (directly employed by the housing provider or through a management company) or for organizations that provide services to housing co-ops and non-profits.

We provide our members with networking, education, and advocacy services. Although we are primarily based in the Greater Toronto Area, our members come to us from across Ontario.

CoAction promotes staff as a stakeholder in the local and national co-operative housing sectors in Canada. Our aim is to strengthen co-operative housing.

CoAction is a founding member of The Staff Network.
